The hotel boasts a fantastic location, just a short walk away from a magnificent 10-hectare park filled with six natural monument trees, all nestled at the foot of the Owl Mountains. the well-maintained park enhances the overall experience. the staff were excellent and highly competent, contributing to a wonderful stay.

Beautifully restored hotel, amazing location near residence and competent staff. Brand-new and big size rooms with mountain view with fabulous views. Had charming a mini refrigerator and coffee.

I had a great experience here as the staff was professional and resolved my issues, and my palace room was perfect, modern, and offered a beautiful mountain view.

Nestled close to the forest by Sowie Mountains slopes, this hotel is perfectly located for a serene stay in a beautiful location with a magnificent park surrounding it. the rooms are well, appointed, some with tea/coffee, making facilities, and the breakfast is expansive. the amazing sauna makes for a truly relaxing experience, and the ability to make tea and coffee in, room is a nice perk.

The restaurant can be expensive, but it's worth it for the quality of the food and the lovely atmosphere.

I had a really pleasant stay in this hotel. Its location in the forest was really nice and gave me a chance to enjoy nature. The staff was amazing and made me feel welcome always. They were always smiling and willing to help. The breakfast was really good, with lots of options to choose from and fresh fruits to enjoy. The hotel facilities were top-notch and very clean.

Amazing location in the mountains, perfect for hiking. the park was beautiful and well-maintained, and the views of the surrounding nature were breathtaking. the spa facilities were impressive, with a variety of treatments and sessions offered. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the restaurant had some tasty dishes.

The room was disappointing, and definitely not worth the price. the decor was outdated and the bed was uncomfortable.
